“I had a lipoma near my right shoulder blade. Dr. Fox examined it with an ultrasound to determine its exact location and how to remove it. The lipoma was located under my muscle, which made it a bit more challenging to remove. Dr. Fox assured me that he could remove it without any issues. The operation itself went very smoothly and was short. Dr. Fox did a terrific job; he removed the entire lipoma and stitched me up without leaving a big scar. My recovery was very fast. I also want to recommend the facility where Dr. Fox works, Alpine Surgical in Boulder. The nurses, the equipment, the administrative staff, and all the electronic paperwork were top-notch.”

“We saw Dr. Beckley to address a small bump above my daughter’s eye.  Dr. Beckley very quickly made us feel comfortable and welcome to be there.  More importantly, was that he spoke very directly and intentionally to my daughter (11) instead of simply talking “around” her to me.  He asked her specific questions, and also allowed for her to ask her own questions.  He also sought her approval of the plan for her treatment – making her genuinely feel like she had a say in what the plan would be (which was going to possibly leave a scar – and he allowed for her to understand the options for how to approach her treatment).

Our experience with Dr. Beckley was one of the most positive short-term doctor experiences our family has had.  I would readily welcome future opportunities to work with Dr. Beckley (as long as it didn’t have to involve an injury or illness for a family member!)  He seemed to be an extremely competent doctor, and he was very personable and enjoyable to visit with as well.   I would highly recommend Dr. Beckley and would definitely give him a 5-star rating.
